Letters To Refugees
Throughout the 90 days of the third Masterpiece Tour, we experienced many transformative stories of gratitude, love and acceptance. As a way to share these stories with young natives of the five European countries that we visited, we conducted Project FUEL workshops with various schools and organizations. Our aim was to understand how life lessons of the refugees may affect /impact /move the natives. So, as the last exercise in a school in Sweden we asked the students to write a letter to the refugee whose life lesson and story most resonated with them.
Students between 11and 13 years of age, from 14 different nationalities, wrote letters to refugees affected by migration. Through their heartfelt letters these young souls offered comfort, hope and joy to them. Below are some of these for you to read.
