Expect hands-on learning, creative collaboration, plenty of "aha!" moments and some bed-time stories!

Do not expect it to be retreat with sound-healing sessions or a professional development program with cookie-cutter solutions, one-sided lectures, and skills that ChatGPT has already aced.

Our Fellows come from all walks of life! Past Fellows, have included artists, marketing professionals, content creators, educators, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and even people on their well-deserved sabbaticals.

The age range is just as diverse, from 20-somethings to 50-year-olds. No matter their background or age, they all share one thing in common: a deep desire for learning, connection, and making a difference!

The primary language of facilitation is English, but we are known for throwing in some anecdotes and stories in Hindi into the mix!

We believe language should never be a barrier to expression, so whether you're sharing thoughts or asking questions, we create a safe space for all voices to be heard.

Ah, the million-dollar question!

While we call it a Fellowship, which often implies a focus on community and learning, we also want to ensure there is no compromise on the quality. The cost reflects a highly curated experience, expert design team and facilitators, a luxury stay and wholesome meals.

85% of the fee goes towards your stay, food, and enriching experiences. The remaining 15% supports Project FUEL in curating an amazing cohort, as well as developing the program.

Think of it as an investment in yourself! Plus, we're working towards a future where more people can access this transformative experience, aiming to make it fully funded down the line.

1. Your journey to the Fellowship venue is on you, so plan accordingly!
2. Any personal shopping or souvenirs you want to bring back will need a little extra cash.
3. While we’ve got you covered for meals included in the program, if you want to indulge in extra treats or snacks, budget for that too!
4. We hope it doesn’t come to this, but if any accidental damage occurs, you will need to cover the costs.
